Refund policy
All work in this shop is original and one of a kind. All sales are final. I don't accept returns or exchanges.
Please review the photographs and dimensions on the product page before buying, and email katienicolekirk@gmail.com with any questions first.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your piece arrives damaged, or the wrong work arrives, email katienicolekirk@gmail.com within 48 hours with:
- Photographs of the damage
- Photographs of the packaging and crate, inside and out
- our order number
Take the photographs before unpacking any further. All work ships fully insured and the claim depends on them. I'll arrange a refund or a repair, whichever suits the piece.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to post it. If 15 business days pass with no refund, email katienicolekirk@gmail.com.
Non-returnable items
Original paintings, original ceramic sculptures, commissioned work, and gift cards.
Shipping
Shipping is free within the United States and included in the price. Checkout accepts United States addresses only. For international orders, email katienicolekirk@gmail.com for a crating and freight quote.
