Shipping policy

Shipping is free within the United States and included in the price. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.

Where I ship

Checkout accepts United States addresses only. For international orders, email katienicolekirk@gmail.com and I'll quote crating and freight for that specific piece.

Processing and transit

Smaller works ship within 5 to 7 days. Large or crated pieces take 2 to 3 weeks, because each one has a crate built for it.

Transit time after dispatch depends on the size of the work and the carrier, so I don't quote a delivery date at checkout. I email you directly with timing and tracking once your piece is on its way.

Packing

Everything ships professionally packed and fully insured. Large paintings and sculptures travel in custom-built crates.

If it arrives damaged

Email katienicolekirk@gmail.com within 48 hours with photographs of the damage and of the packaging, inside and out. Full details are in the refund policy.

Taxes

California orders have state sales tax added at checkout.
